By downloading, installing, or using Tiny Talkers, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Description of Services
Tiny Talkers is a speech therapy and language learning application designed for children ages 1-5, intended for use under parental supervision. The app provides games, activities, and tools to support speech and language development.
Medical Disclaimer
Tiny Talkers is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is designed to supplement — not replace — professional speech therapy. Always consult a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or your child's pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment of speech and language disorders.
Subscriptions
Pricing
- Monthly: $4.99/month
- Yearly: $35.90/year
- Lifetime: $49.99 one-time purchase
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing & Canceling
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Lit Publishing and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Share your subscription access with others
- Use the Services in any way that could harm or overburden our infrastructure
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lit Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
